I took my primary off last night and the bushings were completely gone in the weights. The weights had worn into the spider about 1/8" maybe a little less. Is this thing junk now or can I still use it if I replace the rollers and everything? If I have to buy a new spider I'm just going to try to find a whole new clutch. Let me know what I'm in for. Thanks.

I would just replace it. The danger of catistrophic failure from the wear is not worth repairing. I have found that most twins need the weight bushings replaced every year or 3500 miles.

your spider will be out of balance now,i would replace the spider to keep it in balance,it will be alot cheaper than replacing the whole clutch
