I just bought a 99 mxz 600 used from a dealer unsure of what type of oil is in the sled was going to run bombardiar fully synthetic ,the dealer said that mineral oil will run fine other people have told me i have to run fully synthetic with the powervalves any suggestions as to what I should run.

I have an 01 zx w 8700 miles and a 02 w 6600 miles I have ran the regular Bombi

oil in both SLeDs with no issues. My powervalves in both sleds are spotless

I think I am going to keep the tradition going in my 05 Gade X 800! :D

I too am on my 3rd skidoo with 6000 trouble free miles. I will continue to run Bombi Mineral until something happens. Clean the rave valves once a year and you are good to go!

Another vote for the bombi mineral oil..My family has had several very high mileage sleds run trouble free running this stuff.
