I had that exact same motor and I purchase a Goodwin clutch kit. I had good results with it. I have also heard good things about the Cudney kits.

i put in a GOODWIN KIT in my 800 WOW it made a big difference in low and midrange .

in canada you can get a cudney kit.he also makes great clutch kits ,and other items.

there is a clutch kit on ebay now for mxz700 with rer not sure if yours has rer.
