I have a set of crankshop trail pipes and the mag stinger is exteramly louder than the rest :( :( Is it possable ot repack the tubes like on a dirt bike or quaid ???

Yes, grind off the welds slide the silencer apart repack as normal spot weld back together.

Buy new pipes i think that sounds easier hehehe..

if you can back up the noise with good perf. then louder is better if not might as well put the stock pipe on just a thought :-)

Louder is not better. Very often there will be a torque loss with a blown out silencer. The welds I speak of are on the side of the silencer can, & just a little spot bead. They are small & easy to grind off. This is a simple job.

I have done it before but not in a long time. What I remember it's easy as #$##.
