suspension will not electronically adjust, I have a Polaris testing wire harness for this system, and it works fine when this harness is connected to a battery, it will then go up and down all the way, but the gauge doesn't move accordingly. I'm not sure what you are testing when using the test harness, the test harness plugs in in place of the voltage reg. Don't really want to buy and throw parts at it due to the cost. I bought the sled with 400 mi. and it never worked. Polaris doesn't seem to know about their own system. Or they won't tell.

hey,
call FAST, they may shed some light on it, it sounds like a broken handlebar switch.

I talked to David at Blade about the ACE on my 02 wx1 and he told me the best thing to do is disable it by removing the motor and to adjust it with the hand crank. Apparently there was a lot of problems with electronic noise from the engine interfering with its opperation.

Good day, the M-10 ACE Electronic Shock Control on my 800 doens't even work anymore too. I adjusted it to full Firm, it won't go back down now. Do i ahve to be at certain rpm to adjust it? Is there something else wrong with my M-10> it won't even adjust now.....I have 1900 miles on it now...

if by chance greased the ace unit zircs ( 2 of them )while the ace was at anything other than full soft ,the grease can cause a hydrolock .if so remove the center grease zirk above the main shaft and see if it will back down then . you may also want to pull the motor on the suspension and check for independent movement . FYI a electric window regulator motor from a pass door 1969 camaro is a bolton if the motor is bad :D I have an ace in mine but it is the fast ace not the poo ace so if none of this makes sence forgive me please .
