Hello,

I'm looking for a set up that will make my zrt 600 pull sronger out of the corners with a little quicker response. It is stock right now, I'm thinking I should start with the secondary, any ideas? Thanks :whatever:

Polaris 10-56gr weights, Arctic Orange/White Priamary Spring, 56/46 helix with a Cat red/white secondary spring. Run the softer cat belt, with .03 of primary clearance and the belt deflection as high as you can get it without the sled rolling at idle.

Thanks, Are the Polaris weights standard or should they be for a specific year. Will the engagement or the peak rpms change much? I hope this gives me the strong pull im looking for. Time to go shopping!

Just tell them you are looking for 10-56 weights.

It may require some fine tuning, but this should drop you in pretty close.

engagement will be higher, but shift out should be pretty close.

The weight of the Polaris weights has the mass much closer to the pin, they will pull harder, but since they are not tip heavy like a cat weight, backshift is a little better.

This is adjusted thru the amount of shims under the spider in the clutch. I think factory spec is .03-.06

The tighter it is, the lower the first gear you will have and the more the overall shift. There has to be some clearance though, or the sled won't disengage all the way
