hi, I know this is not a cat ?. but we bought a new 06 crossfire tonite, and on the way home, i felt the trailer viberate about every 3 sec or so. the trailer is a triton lite,8x8. tires were inflated to 50 psi, bearings have plenty of new grease, we had two sleds on the trailer. we moved to minot from wisconsin, and the trailer came out her fine(no vib),it seems to happen when you get to 40 mph, could the torishion bar be bad? are their rubber bushings somewhere? I plan on taking it apart this weekend to see what i can find. so how bout some ideas. thanx for your time.

That sounds like a bad bearing!! Just because there is lots of grease in there, after sitting all summer could have been moisture in there rusting up the race of the bearings, or a bad seal letting dirt and water in. I would check those first!!
General forum works good too!! LOL

It might sound stupid, but check the lug nuts, too.

lug nuts that are not properly torqued can cause the symptoms your talking of..
