I've got a '96 XCR 600 that I believe has a faulty kill switch, but I just want to make sure before I buy the part. The problem is, is when I jiggle the throttle up and down, (not depressing the throttle), the engine shuts off. When I unplug the kill switch, and jiggle the throttle the engine stays running. I'm sure it is the kill switch, but I wonder if anybody else has had this problem. When I replace it, I would like to get a tether kill switch. Does anybody have a recommendation as to a certain brand?
