[attachmentid=30806]want to install a new skid shock with the adjuster mounted on the handelbars but not sure where to run the lines to keep them out of the way of everything any pictures or advice would help alot it's a 2001 ZR 800 with reverse

If you look right down beside the speedo hub on the clutch side, there is a hole there to run the line through (#10 in the pic). Zip tie the line to the front arm. Run the rest of the line up under the plastic (follow the vent tubes) and bring it out at the steering post. It attaches to the console in front of the post.

Thank You cause that sure isn't where i was looking i bought the adjuster that mounts to the bars new of ebay in the box and the shock was from some other fella of ebay too. the shock needs rebuilt but the adjuster is brand new in the box is there anything that needs to be done to the adjuster other than just to hook up the quick connects and go ? is there any charging or oil that need to be done or is the adjuster come ready to run thanks again in advance...

When was the last time the rest of the shocks where done??
Because adding a a remote adjust to a sled with bad shocks would be like a hair cut on a bad nose job... you will notice the bad shocks!!
Yes the adjust should be connect to the shock and oil changed in both, then charged, then disconnect and install!
