For you guys that are taking to the woods let me just give you some realy really good advice.... Don't do like my brother did and put a whole bottle of scent on your jacket and pants.

This is a true story and almost got him killed. He did not do it on purpose but the bottle was on an inside pocket in his back and it leaked after he climbed into his blind. He got the deer but the deer almost got him.

Bottle of scent on me, didn't do. Well did do a few things to get the big guy out into the open. All started about week before hunting season started.

I went to my favorite spot and put a salt lick out (the blue salt for cows) and put some in a onion bag and hung it in a tree. Then when hunting season opened I didnt see a dam thing.

On Monday I put some scent on me and on the ground. Using my trusty Rattles I manged to get a nice 8 point to come out in the open late in the day. but hey got me a big big buck..
