Can you get a reverse kit for a 94 Wildcat 700 EFI

They don't list one, but I would say yes! (unless there is a clearance issue with the exhaust can.
The chaincases are the same right up to current sleds, the shifter and gears change, have to find the right combo of gears for yours.
Do what I did, find a used one and installed it. Lots of guys part out sleds and you can get this kits way cheaper then dealer cost.
I did the leg work and found the right gears, my sled was so close to the gears it came with I just dropped it in, worked good. Shifter was different, but I made it work as well.

Yes you deffinatly can because I own one and its got reverse. It was on it when I bought it second hand but I could ask the old owner if he installed it or if he bought it like that.
