Has anyone installed PERC on there 2002 PRO X 600? What was involved?

It's been done, but not likely worth it for most of us. In addition to the kit itself, you'd need the flywheel, backing plate and both stator coils to start with. Carb calibration stuff in addition to that.

Really?? Installing PERC on my 03 SKS was easy as could be. Roller secondary, new CDI, new handlebar block with the reverse button and new wiring harness. No more then two hours work, and the whole thing was available as a kit for less then the price of mechanical reverse, with the added bonus of being able to sell mt secondary for $200.

PERC is the way to go. If it's possible, do it.

Perc kits were designed for 2003 and newer sleds.....will not work on '02 and earlier. I agree, kit is an easy install.
