RX-1er 12-06-2006, 12:00 AM I have a 2000 mountain max 700 and had a card fire and I"m not sure which way the check valve goes its the one that goes from the crank case to the injector pump any help on which way this check valve goes would be great thanks Mike whanker57 12-06-2006, 10:42 PM Is there an arrow on the check valve? If so, I would *ASSUME* that the arrow would indicate flow to the injector. I would say that the chaincase pressure would cause the injector pump to inject...but would close when the chaincase draws a vacuum. So...I think that the arrow would point toward the injector. However, the injector could be activated by a vacuum, reversing my theory... If there is no arrow indicating flow direction.... :blahblah: I don't know... !!!!!!!!! NOTE !!!!!!!!! I know NOTHING about this sled. The only reason I am posting is to possibly offer some insight on your problem as nobody has replied yet.
