I've never worked on a newer sled, but the concept should be pretty much the same, you'll just have more crap to get around. Basically you want to lock the brakes, rotate the movable part of the secondary clutch until it spreads all the way out, hold it there, and pop it off the primary, and then the secondary. New belt goes on pretty much the same.

As easy as that sounds, even on an old rupp, it's a little bit difficult to get the belt past the steering components.

Do you have the tool kit that comes with the sled. I think you can do this on the 93 Mach but you might want to check in the ski doo section. There should be a tool in your kit that is about 3" inches long & threaded. This tool threads into your secondary clutch to open your clutch. Then your belt will be easy to change. :D My buddy had the same sled I will be talking to him tommorow.
