Thought I would post a few pics of the new house so far.

We bought a lot in the country, closed on it May 1st. Between the design, planning, shopping for the right builder,we did not brake ground until Oct 13. But things are moving well.

We have about 10 more square of shingles to lay down, this is one December I will not complain about the 50 degree weather(its not my fault guys)

We hope to be in by March.

I have been absent from the forums lately, this is why.

Like the drive thru garage? I made sure the 3rd car door was wide enough(10'X8')to easily get my enclosed trailer in. I am installing floor heat for the garage as well.

Trail access---YES :D

Jeff,Paul was thinking about Polaris Pink :p

Brian, you are welcome anytime to check it out, maybe when we have a good snow year,it may be a while

Paul, thanks for the complement on the butt,it is very nice!

Kris the lot is 1.13 acres,no need for anymore,I'm not one that likes to spend too much time maintaining the yard. I have enough space to put up another garage to the left of the existing. I know the owners of the land around me,no probs running the sleds or ATV around when I feel the need to play.

Zippar, yes there is going to be a deck,I would need to take a pic from the other side for you to see. The deck is going to be 24' X 18' I may tier a portion of it for a hot tub. The basement will have exposure,OSB is over the window cut outs for now,all windows should be in by tomorrow, well, acording to the framer that was going to have them in last week Tuesday. :bash: Remember, the only thing that matters in life is to keep the wife happy, :dazed: our wives are the opposite, she is the one that pushed me into this. :)

The third car portion of the garage is 40' deep.

HVAC,EL,Pumbing is going on now, siding soon.

Construction loan draw tomorrow $80,000 :cussing:

Thanks for the nice replies an interest!

Heres a look from in the garage to the road.

No Paul, if she would have heard you say that about Pete's butt, then she'd think you were a perver. BTW, what do you guys do on those trips together..........

Very nice Pete! Noticed the back door (garage, not the misses') right away too, great idea. My buddy just finished his house and has thermal floor heating in both garages, turned out pretty neat. I don't think you should fill out the back door....would make a nice little jump to get the rides started as is!! :lookaround:
