The season hasn't even started and I am already done! I got the final word from the doc yesterday and there is a main muscle that is right on top of the forearm which is torn 80% away from the bone. Tomorrow I go back and get a cast put on for 6-8 weeks then when that comes off it is time for physical therapy for 3-5 weeks after that. Why couldn't this have happened back in June?! I am so pissed right now I want to say more here but I don't think Corey would like it so I'll just put up this smiley. :cussing: :hallo10: :hallo5: :hallo4: :hallo8:

Thats really too bad man. I feel for you.

but take it easy, do the rehab, and be ready for next year.

Hell, if its anything like last year, you won't miss much.

I'm sorry to hear that ARCTICZRT600. At least you will be ready for next year and won't have to quit for good. Hope for a really late spring and you might get some riding in yet this year anyway.

I just got in an argument with the wife about the cast. I told her I wanted AC green and she said, "NO, we have 3 weddings to go to this month and you are not going with a green arm". So I will get white and get it dirty at work so I can get the one I really want. he he he ;)

All hope is not lost, 13 weeks is not the entire season up in Lewiston, I'm sure that you can get at least a little riding in.

From what it looks on my Calendar, you'll be able to ride by Late January if all goes well, just remember to not overstrain it and screw it up more.

No, it is my left but 10 years ago I broke my right hand in January the week before a big ride. My bro and I went out to the garage and swapped the throttle and brake cables on the handlebars so I could still go. I spent alot of time sticking my hand in the snow to reduce the swelling but it was worth it to see all kinds of peoples faces when I raced across the lake with my right hand waving in the air. ha ha

Well I would hope you could get whatever colour you want. Its your arm.Besides green is more colourful the white one will look all scummy in about a day. Maybe you should make your wife sleep on the couch. :sly: :hallo10:

Looks cool. What's going on in Lewiston this month? I'm heading up to Tee Lake to shut down gramps house for the winter. Planning on stopping at the Cat dealer up there again. Every time I walk through the door they blink dollar signs....They should just put an ATM at the door! Although I don't need anything, I...can't...resist......

Keep that arm safe, you'll be riding by February.

I have to go back up and put my carb back on my quad and try to get it running next weekend, it'll be fun with one hand. Also winterize too. :hallo3:

Paint it green like you want, and when you have weddings, or want the cast to appear white, cut the end out of an old tube sock and turn it inside out. Problem solved... think she'll go for it?
