: Align Skis To Track

got a lazer level for Christmas. thought i'd try using it to align skis to track. anyone ever try this ?

yes. i did and it`s workng fine.
you just have to alline the lazer on one side of the track and from ther mark a parallel line that goes through the thenter of it.then from there you can mesure the distance from that mark to the skis.
remember that the skis must be half inch open in the front,so that it means give 1/4 " on each side.
but control the track allignement first.

how you figure that it needs half inch open on the front? lined mine up evenly and now no more darting on hard surface.

There should be around a quarter inch toe-out with the fronts of the skis pulled together.
