I decided to do a couple more mods to the sled, being that there isn't anything within hundreds of miles to ride on. I stipped down the tunnel some more to create more of a Raw look, a rip off of the new Poos of corse  . I had led tailights last season but I wanted a bit more light so I ordered a 12" bar with the 64 lights enclosed. It definitly puts out the light, you can barely look at it directly when the brake is on.
I also wents with the digital temp light for those days when the snow gets hard packed. This way theres no more waiting until the dummy light comes on to no its getting hot.
Let me know what you think, here are some pics :)

Let me see if I can find the link, it was $95 and was a breeze to install. It took longer to bleed the coolant back in than anything else. I painted the gauge yellow as it comes stock gray.

Taking weight savings to an extreme  , but seriously I think I save 8-10 pounds off the back by eliminated all the plastic junk. My back thanks me.

I don't like to post links to other sites but here is a link to the digital temp gauges. Just remember where the link come from

I want to put a temp gauge on my sled, not the digital one but anolog. Do I have to remove the factory "Idiot" light sending unit or do I add another sending unit to the engine? I don't really need the idiot light once I have a gauge but thought it may come in handy if the temp gauge breaks. And will the factory sending switch work for an anolog gauge?

Thanks Jeff
Somehow I managed to do it right, the house is 900sq ft and the pole barn is 1650sq feet  The wife and I would have moved to a bigger house long ago but we owe so little and I built this barn just a few years ago.
We need to meet up in Ontario somewhere for a ride this season, I have my pass this year

Just finished buttoning everything up tonight so the sleds ready to rock!
To finish off I removed a set of idlers and put a set of ice scrathers on, found a way to mount the sno bunjee(sp), and cleaned up the look of the suspension relocation. Some more pics of the finished deal, can never have enough pics :D , right SHD.
