Wow has this been a strange up and down season. We didn't have too bad of a start since 8 inches seemed to be better than None. The people stopping in the restaurant this weekend we having a pretty good ride...then yesterday and down pour of rain...that is always special. On the good side it was at the tail end of the Holiday weekend. Got up this morning and we had a few inches of fresh snow again. so things are still white. When it get daylight I will try to get some pictures of the trail behind the restaurant to post on here. the 10 day is calling for some snow shower and snow flurries, but so far no winter storms again. temps are 20s right now and suppose to get up to 30s today. I will let you know what we get out of it, and what kind of reports on the trails I hear from anyone sledding in today.

Happy Trails for 2007!!!

Wow I was getting concerned cause after Jan. 1st we quit getting fresh snow and all we had was a hard packed base to ride on. Yesterday we finally got about 6+ inches of snow. it was blowing and drifting so some areas seemed like 2 feet...but it is snow all the same. We are 11* for the second day and snow in the forecast for the next 5 days. Keep doing the snow dance, the groomers are running and it is snowing and sounds like we are back into winter again...Woo Hoo!

Happy Trails!

Here is a picture of the groomer on the 1st grooming into the copper country cafe. I will try to go out today for pictures.
