i know where i can purchase a 93 phazer 440. it needs a track, and hood, and more then likely a few cosmetic things. any one no how much this thing is worth in that conidtion, and how much it would be worth after i fix it?

also, he said he'll take 350$ for it. deal or no deal?

If you are looking at a new track it will cost you about $450 +++ for a new one..Be prepared when you go to do the job it will probablly cost you another couple hundred for bearings, sliders, etc..etc..I love the Phazer I have a 92 with over 8000 miles and I won't part with it...Used Phazer parts are easy to come buy..I would give him 300 for it

i know a guy that lives about 10 miles from me. and he literally owns over 100 sleds. not all of them may run but its a garantee he will have a used track and a hood in decent condition. i'll have to check with him and see if he has em first. but i was thinking about bondoing the hood if its only cracked. i'll see what kind of condition its in first

The 8vo motor is a 485, not a 440. '93 would be a Phazer II. It has a 121" track which is really common. If it needs a track it probably needs a lot more. I would look it over really carefully. $300 is top dollar for the condition. Can you hear it run?

You're better off spending $1000 on a phazer in good condition, because by the sounds of it, you'll be well into $1000 before the sled you're looking at sees snow.

i think it sounds like a great deal, if you can do all the work yourself, it shouldnt be bad. i dont know you personaly but if your a person that takes it to the dealer and sais fix whats rong, youll have a brand new sled 2000dollars later. you can pick up a good condition 121 for next to nothing, a 10pack of bearings is like 30-40$ or somthing then some gas line carb cleaner and a fair bit of time, you should have yourself a deacent sled.
