Anyone know if I can get a 1999 T-Cat rear suspension into a 1996 EXT 580 Deluxe EFI. I can get the T-cat rear for a pretty good price and I have heard I could make the swap with a 1997 or newer ZR rear...just not sure with the T-Cat.

If you can do it with the ZR Skid, then you will be able to do it with the T-cat Skid, as the difference between them is very minimal.

u might run in to a little bit of a prob. as the 99 is ett and your 96 is not .97 and newer had ett tunnel systems if it does go in. it might hit the tunnel when being squashed. ett suspentions travel more in the tunnel to eleminate height.

it will fit if all else fails use a really big hammer :p

I believe the biggest difference is going to be the TSL. You'll probably do just fine with new rear bracket
