Sleadhead...any chance that there may be a garage or something at the place we are staying to DOO this turkey in. My only concern is if it is brutal cold or high winds it might be hard to keep the oil at a good temp. Just thinking ahead....

I&#39;m brining the stuff to do a turkey so I hope that is still our plan!!!!!

I would still like to do fryed turkey.

Since Mark likes to eat big meals and ride afterwards I have a couple of suggestions. :)

1. When we stop to eat at the local bar in Big Bay Mark should order the &#39;bait pile&#39;. JasonF and Fastblack should know what I&#39;m talking about. It was awesome, but I tasted it all the way home.

2. Perhaps we should change our return route and swing through Grand Marais for dinner before we head back to Seney. This will ensure we beat last years mileage.
