OK guys, everyone has given me pictures of their 2003 sleds accept for you polaris guys. Did nobody buy a new sled this year?? If you have any pics of your new sled, a friends sled, strangers sled, pets sled, ANY 2003 polaris.....post it here so we can even out the balance on the Users Pic page. ;)

I bought an '03 proX 440 fan, but it hasnt came in yet. Almost dealer I know in the southern Michigan, Northern Indiana area has ZERO new '03 proX sleds in. I beginning to think Polaris has dropped the ball. Every other major manufacturer has their "big dogs" out and to their customers, but where is Polaris???

I'm drooling all over that Pro X, those graphics are awesome.

Your '03 Classic with the silver & black package has to be one of the best looking sleds for 2003.......

Those have got to be the best looking Classics in many years... heck, one of the best looking sleds in a long time. Wish Cat could clean up the looks on their touring sleds.

That Prox 700 looks like it stole the patriot firecat decals. Doesn't it look like red and white flag stripes on the hood. Is that because it is a Liberty engine?

hey tata nice sled i see u have 2 sled that i had the srv and the wildcat and also is that a deer i see there

yeah thats a deere, im not sure what year it is, I think 76/78 something like that. The wildcat is a piece of sh*t. It blew a piston last year, just last week the CDI & Coil went out. But the SRV is a great sled, and its 4 sale!!! Let me know if your interested...

What windshield did you go with? Is that the 9" Race Low Indy Red? If so how does the color match?

That Deere looks just like my old '79 Spitfire. That's my guess on the year. 340 Kohler with the jugs sticking out of the hood? What a ride!

The windshield is the 9" low indy red, but I cut it it down almost 4 inches from the top. The color is pretty good, almost exact to the stock hood, but thats a "Body by North Star" hood on the sled.

And yes, I havent got a chance to ride my new sled yet, but so far the little john deere is my fav or ride.

What did you use to cut it down? Did you loose the roll on top?

I'm thinking of going with the 7" race black with the black skid plate on mine. But I like your red that looks smooth.

I used a large pair of sheet metal snips. I just took the small black beed and ripped it off the windsheild (its only some cheap glue that holds it on) , then took the snips and cut several inches off of it, then simply put the black beed back on, super glued it in several spots and thats it..
