im planning on putting a long track into an 81 blizzard 5500. i believe this would be a fun and interesting project. the leafer front end should work well in deep snow due to light weight and less snow drag. i have a line on a 144 polaris skid. i plan on retro fitting a formula style drive shaft/chaincase/crosshaft/secondary-. and a 670 motor- with a tunnel mounted heat exchanger.im looking for your oppinions on parts intechangability,engineering limitations,cost effectiveness,used parts,and any other ideas you may have. thanks
