i have a 2006 550 Fan X and i need to change the track but dont know how. any help would be appriciated

this might not help to much but to do my indy i had to remove bolts for the rear suspension on teh side of the tunnel and take out the suspension, it should only be bout 4 bolts. that will take preassure of the drive, then take the bottom gear off inside the chaincase, and take off the secondary pully under that was the speedomeder drive that had to come off, there might be set screws by the spedo drive. and then the shaft should slide to one side and then out. hopefully thats roughly the same or at least helped you get the picture.

Well, if you don't know how, and have never done a track swap before. I suggest getting a friend to help you who has done it before. Or the manual. The manual will go through everything step by step, and it will make it way easier for you.

thats true never thought of that. my only one took me bout 3 days to take it apart along with the whole suspension. and it is much easier if you can get at least 1 other person to help with getting it lined up
