I just put the spare belt in the holder today on my sled, is there a special way that it has to go in the holder. Cuz the space they give you is not exactly roomy. Let me know if you have any tricks.

It fits - you have to spread the loops on each end kind of wide open. Picture a figure 8 with wide loops - and the loop towards the rear of the sled has to be pushed in towards the motor a bit so the hood will close. I agree - pain in the a*s, especially because every other time you open your hood, you have to adjust it.

On my Fusion 900 they showed me how to put the belt there, actually while putting it there themselves, lol. I've never moved it. Make a small loop near the engine, and tuck the rest down the front so that it ends up below the exhaust and away from it for heat reasons. Fits no problem, and has never moved on me. However, the 600 might have this in a different area? I don't know if it does or not.
