I am starting to see some of these 80 CC 4 stroke youth sleds pop up on Ebay. I am sure they are made in China probably similar in quality to the mini choppers and pocket bikes that are everywhere. Anybody own one or have any experience with one. I figured as long as the engine and chaindrive was a decent design a guy could do some welding and beef it up a little. My daughter is still a little young but I have some neices and nephews that could buzz around my place with it. Thought it might be worth it if I could pick one up for around 3-4 hundred.
I know I would have loved one of these when I was in elementary school.

that is a nice little toy. would love if i could get one for a few hundred buck's I amsure it would ride nice on a packed trail. See the price for a kitty cat laytly, they want a grand for them used ???? I wish I could get one for my five year old (almost 6)

The last one I saw on Eay was brand new and had a buy it now price of 499.00 US so I figured a used one would be a little cheaper. I know the Kitty Cats and Mini Z's cost more then a decent used full sized sled.

Looks about the same, what is the exchange rate, how much US would 899.00 CA be?

china junk and no parts available to fix them. had one of the pocket bikes last fall with electronic ignition problems could not get parts to fix it, buy another. I can assure you the quality of the mini sleds is way better and they hold value well. like stated old kittys still bring around 1000 bucks. I have a mini-z if interested pm me, the boy is ready to move up to the gsx 380.

I've heard of guys that have sold their 120 for the same price when the kids out grew them. I'd take any of the OEMs 120s before the Chinese stuff.

Chances are if you buy 1 this winter, the outfit you bought it from won't be there next year or won't be selling them. I've seen this around my area since these pocket bikes & ATVs came out.

stay away from that made in china stuff.my buddy has three of the mini quads.and all 3 of them are junk.he has the same problem he can't find parts.when he did find some of the parts it ended up being cheaper to buy a new mini.to me that is a ripp off.i am a firm beleiver you get what you pay for.
