what kind of top speeds are you guys gettin on your 500s?

I got to drive a 2001 xc sp 500 out of the crate for a dealer at some radar runs a year or two ago and in a 1000' i could pull 89 out of it on average 92 once. It really did not have much go left 100 tops I would guess but that is not broken in. I weigh 170LBS. But the speedo said I was doing like 95+. Kind of a big difference? The 2001 XCR 800 was hitting 110+.

2002 xcsp/edge........104mph on hard and packed snow with temp at 10f.

I weigh 150lbs. She does rock for a 500. I purchased mine for mere trail riding and I feel she can keep up with anything out there on the trails!!!

2000 500 XCsp did 104.6 on radar (111 on speedo), ran out of gear or it would do more on a long run on ice. Does mid 90's on 1,000 ft radar runs.

I didn't want to create a new post, but was interested what everyone thought a stock 98 XC 700 should top out at.
