Holtzman has come out w/the Automatic Temperature and Altitude Carb Compensator. I can't find enough info yet to determine if this is better than the tempa flo device. I went to Holtzman's website (http://www.holtzmaneng.com) and still can't decide. Any input on either item would be appreciated. I know sled-head plans on using the tempa flo this year. It sure would be nice to not have to mess w/the jets when the temp changes.

Jim, the ATACC was in the testing stages last season. I talked with one one the guys at Holtzman and he said if you dont do altitude changes the Tempaflow is a better choice. The ATACC [automatically] changes both temp and altitude where the Tempaflow automatically changes temp only but altitude can be changed by turning the screw 1/8 turn at a time.
For another $50.00 bucks it might be worth having the ATACC.
I too am thinking of the Tempaflow but my sled would have to have the unit mounted outside the air box where the temp would be much warmer and I dont have much room behind the box, what to do, what to do???
