Does anybody have any tuning tips for a 98 Formula III 700 ?
I think I probally need some clutch work I am 6' 7'' 260lbs the sled is stock.

Gear down 2 that's a start. Some stock triple pipes will really wake her up!
And of course the usual clutch alignment, clutch cleaning, no worn clutch componets, good belt adjusted properly and carb's in sync. helps a lot.
