Anyone know how to adjust the cast/camber without purshasing the Polaris tool. Any help would be great.

I believe it's just a 5/8" rod about 50" long that slides in the spindles to adjust them for the Toe in/out and Vertical adjustment.

With the front elevated, first set your width with the top radius rods. use a common center point and set the distance for the stance to the center of the spindles.

Assuming you know how to set the stance, I wont go into little details unless you want me to.

The Camber is NOT zero on these CRC extra tens, you must set the camber using the following procedure.

1. Run a drill rod through the ski bolt hole until it runs UNDER the other ski spindle.
2. The measurement should be 1 1/4 to 1 1/8 from top of drill rod to top of ski bolt hole.
3. Set both the same.

Email me if you need procedure. But it seems you know prety much what you are doing so I guess all you want is the measurements.

PS. I am still interested on how the job went for the lower pan brace. These things are a REAL pain!

Good luck
