I just got off of the phone with the realtor in West Yellowstone regarding a 10 acre property that I'd caught eye of. Unfortunately for me, the property has already sold. :(
I spent a few minutes talking to the realtor regarding access to the property. During the winter, the place can only be accessed by snowmobile. With the dirt road easily viewable in the pics, I asked why was this the case. Get this, from December 14th to April 14th, CARS are banned from being driven in the area - ONLY sleds are allowed in and out of that particular area by LAW!! :inlove:
I think I like it there already. The realtor is going to let me know if and when something else comes available.
