hey, my sled was acting up latly and couldent figure out was was roung, makin noises and stuff, so i was lookin around and notices my clutch yah could move it up and down a lil bit,would the berrings be gone in it or wut would the probley be, it dosnt seem to of lose any power, and the motor and shaking really bad and a load noise come in from it,

Im guessing you are talking about the primary. Engine noises, shaking. My guess is crank bearing.

i would agree...if the clutch was going it would be stalling and burning up belts...crank shaft.

is it a big job changes the crank berrings, could yah give me a brief step by step process on how its done? thanks

The whole engine has to be removed, and torn apart, the bearing will need to be pulled off, and pressed on.

If its not a end bearing, the crank need to be 'split' to be replaced. Its pretty precious work.

you shouldnt really be using it like that, it could fuc* things up pretty bad if it tears apart or locks up completely. get it checked...

you should be able to handle all but the bearing press. under $100 if you drop off the crank to the repair shop as opposed to the whole motor.
