Hello! Working on a 99 xc500. It has no spark and was wondering what is the usual culrit. The ignition coil seemed to test out ok at 10,000 ohms. Is the coil and cdi one peice? Do you need a good voltage regulator to get spark? Any help would be appreciated.

HAVE YOU FOUND ANYTHING OUT?? I ALSO HAVE A 99 XC 500. MY SLED SEEMS TO LOOSE SPARK ON ONE CYLINDER.

well everything seems to be ok but the stator. I get no spark at all. I try to get a reading from my green and white wire and i get nothing. Suppose to get a reading.
