does spraying that foam stuff in the inside of the handel bars really work

i've heard it is good but the problem with my doo is that there is so much inside the bars that if i ever had to access the inside of them again then it would create a problem.
something else spraying foam in the bars would help is vibration.

im going to try it this year,my warmers are on the outside of the bar so im ok to spay them
