5 guys,4 legal musky,40 incher was the biggst. I only caught some small ones and a few northern that were not worthy of measurement. ???

I was organizing some baits before we left. We always drag suckers and cast large plugs and jerkbaits.

Paul, we cast and also drag suckers behind the boat useing the trolling motor just to keep us going. I had 3 fish on,lost them all,I suck. :p


Winterfreak,I sure am glad I brought the Reimas,it was darn cold out in the wind all day.


We had a great time,sited in the rifles,fished,partied,went to the casino in the U.P. I made over 500 bucks playing blackjack.

well i'm glad the weather was terrible for two reasons, first of course musky hit in weather like that and second we were wearing short sleeved shirts in december last year.

Jim, we were staying on Buckatobon Lake at MNL Resort(just down from Bauers) We fished in a few area lakes. The only thing we did in the U.P. was gamble in Watersmeet.

Jim,sorry to say we never made it there to visit. I will be staying at the resort again the weekend before Thanksgiving for the gun deer season. We will be sure to stop for some barley pop. :p

As soon as I saw the snow on the boats deck I was expecting a story about one of you taking a somewhat refreshing trip into the lake, glad it worked out.
