This is my first time. I'm going with my day and brother. I quess were setting 35 rolls from the track in the middle of the main straight. I've never been, I'm thinking this would be a good place to set.

That's a great place to watch the race from. Just high enough that you can get a good view of the whole track.

I will be at the August race. Turn #4, section 90, row 42, seats 3&4. Awesome seats. I don't normally go to the June race as it is on fathers day and being divorced--- You get my drift. Kevin

I think there's trouble in NASCAR land. Last week during the Pocono race there was an ad for race tickets for Sunday's race @ MIS. I've never seen that before.

I don't know if those @ home could see it on TV, but there were a lot of fans disguised as empty seats in Turn 3 & closer to Turn 4. Last year those bleachers were full.

I wonder how Brian France will explain that? Last year when answering a question about empty seats @ California, he said those fans were probably on souvenir row buying stuff. Yeah right.

Too bad Truex could chase down Edwards for the win. Tony's charge to 3rd from the back, was the largest jump ever @ a MIS race.

I think you could be right about trouble in NASCAR land. I believe that there have been seats available at every race this year. I think it's more about ticket prices, the price of fuel and the state of the economy than anything else, but I could be wrong.

Yup, too bad Truex Jr couldn't run him down. Even though Edwards did a heck of a job getting back to the front a couple of times, I just don't like the guy. He gets way too much attention for the caliber of driver that he is. Did you notice the FOX boys drooling all over him for the first half of the season? I hate it when announcers show their favoritism. Just show me the whole race instead of concentrating on your favorites. You could tell that it really hurt the FOX boys when they had to mention Stewart's name.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Stewart is definitely the best driver out there. He has had more stupid luck that anyone and more often than not still shines. I thought it was great when he dropped back to last place before getting the green flag so he could climb all the way from last to start the race. He just didn't have the car to do it Sunday. He got up to 3rd with his driving ability. He fought a serious tight condition all day to do it and never once whined to his crew about it. He has really grown up over the last couple of years.

Wow, it was my first NASCAR race. It was AMAZING. Words cannot describe what it is like. The sounds, the colors, the fans. Its unreal. It was a little hot though and kind of a boring race. I seen the #25 signing autographs and when i was buying my #44 hat, dale jarrett was signing too. That was really cool. Too bad you had to pay to get autographs. NASCAR is like one huge party/tailgate.
