I know what you mean about the Aztek it always reminded me of a block of cheese but I do like the malibu. I think it's pretty sharp and the rear reminds of the G-6 which I like too.

Like the Malibu as well. Interesting read. Watched Driving Television yesterday and one of the hosts was singing the praises of some recent GM products, noticeably the Silverado, Tahoe, Impala and the Saturn Outlook. Nice to think you can purchase a North American vehicle that will perform, be reliable and LAST like a Japanese brand.

I have to give my honest opinion here, we rented a brand new Malibu with very low kliks. I wasn't impressed at all. We actually returned it for a different vehicle the same day. The worst part of it were the brakes,( I could go on). They pulsed worse than any brakes I have ever felt. This was due to weak rotors that warp.
After some research into the matter I see that I am not the only one as there is a class action law suit regarding this very matter, among other class actions for different reasons. I can only hope that they have taken this information and truly tried to improve the car and that this is not the case with the new ones.
