Hello,
I just picked up a 95 summit from a buddy. He said that the machine ran 2years ago.Sat for two seasons and will not start.added new fuel and cleaned carbs.Seems to be flooding itself.It also seems to have intermittant spark(i think, hard to tell by yourself).He sais the engine was torn down and rebuilt prev to not being used.any ideas?
There is also a red wire that runs from the ignition switch to the front lower of the engine and it goes no where.does any one know about that?It looks factory.

Put a bit of gas in the sparkplug holes

and see if it starts

also check you fuel pump

2-3 full primers(plunger) and the sled should start if cold
