I might give it a try. I saw the password and login info. Is this with ESPN Yahoo or who? Also how does the draft work. I know we all pick but do we make a list and then the computer goes through and selects the order and who gets what pick? I'm new to this so be patient.

The draft is set to be live but you can pre rank or just let Yahoo pick for you... it does a decent job.

Since you are new I will give you a pointer. Get a kicker early lol

everything is automatic and it will pick a pretty good team for you and a good order. The biggest thing you will want to do is prerank your players. For instance set the RB's in order that you see them and not Yahoo.... if you think Shaun Alexander is the #1 RB you have to move him up to that spot in case you get first pick. (just an example). Test it out and let me know

Theree are other stats under my team like "sit or Start" which gives a percentage of what other yahoo's are doing but is a little more complicated. ranks give you a good idea as well.

Now edit your team, it is new this year as a drag drop.... drag the player by clicking and holding and moving to the spot. I just dragged Matt Hasselbeck and dropped him on Vince young... changing my QB. BUT YOU HAVE TO HIT SUBMIT CHANGES!

If you want to change any of the players in tonights game you need to do it b4 the game starts.

Keith/Allison call me if you need help, easier to talk you through. Gut instinct is also a key component!

when you drop someone from your team he goes to Waivers, a 2 day waiting period where nobody can pick him up. You can try to add him during that time and will get him when the waiver period is over IF you are the only one to request him or have the lowest waiver priority (I am #4 so I would beat out App state for instance)

If nobody picks said person up they become a free agent (FA) and you can add them to your team at anytime, but you have to drop someone as well.

Doo Rider dropped a kicker and Defense and picked up 2 more position players. He did not make a trade or as far as I know try to make a trade. You can request a trade with anyone at any time. It is a little more complicated but if you see someone on another team that you want to try to trade for let me know and I will walk you through it. Usually it works if you are loaded in either WR's or RB's and you notice someone that is weak at the opposite. trades can be rejected by the league majority to prevent collusion... not gonna happen here though but just an FYI.

App State is Scott, I will take care of him :devil:

type all this up and I see Keith got it figured out. Keith, I think these changes will not take place until next week, but I could be wrong. This is one reason I say that wednesday night is the best time to mess with your team.

Wow! What an embarrassing weekend for me. My running backs are the only ones that came to the field ready to work. The rest just plain stunk, just like the Lions! I could have used the total with my bench added in and still would have lost. I guess that's why there's always next weekend. :)

LOL...I forgot to even set my line-up for this past week. I never even thought to look until Sunday about 2:00. Then I made one trade for a running back to replace one that may not play. Turned out my injured player played anyway, but the trade worked out even better. I still had one WR that was not going to play still in the line-up that I was too late to get out.

No kidding ! however Monday night football has a history of upsets like that and what you thought would be, was NOT the case. However, Dallas did pull off a win with a finish Dallas is known for. Last minute comebacks and score(s) to win. WOW ! Just happy to know we are 5-0 and it set up one heck of a game in Dallas next week with the Patriots.

I think the playoffs are going to be a miserable ending to a pretty good season for me. :(

Sorry Keith but to beat me 2 weeks in a row wasn't going to happen :p Keep playing though.. there is a consolation bracket (I believe) and yahoo tracks stats for years so don't give up!

Having Carson Palmer didn't help either. I won in my money league with him but I had Addai, Grant and Graham combined with brandon marshall and Seattle D. Scored 125 with -.5 from the QB.

For all the newbies and the weird season this was I am very happy. This league was very competitive and fun, looking forward to next year although I might need to sharpen my skillz.

You were just lucky that my guys sucked this week. Palmer ended up in the negative for the week. What a chump! He'll not start for me again. He's too inconsistent.
