i have a 2005 m7 i woild like to change the clutching on it for around 2000 feet but i'm not sure what weights,springs or anything to put in it any ideas

You can either use a stock setup for a Crossfire 700 in the primary, or one of the bolt in adjustable kits like the SuperTips.

I am running the SuperTip 54gr base, with 3gr in middle and a Bikeman Blue Primary spring. Other than that, leave the secondary alone.
