LOL, nothing is wrong with Poutine.
Not something I like. That's all.
Love Montreal smoked meat though.
But of course you couldn't tell from my post though. lol
I guess an explanation is needed here.
My Son and I visited Simon last Monday to pick up what is now a very special engine that Simon worked his magic on. While there, Simon (Thumbdoctor for those that don't know) took us out to ONE OF THE BEST restaurants in Montreal known for their Montreal smoked meat sandwiches. Guys back here in Ontario had heard of Smoke Meat Pete. It was one of their favourites. Of course we couldn't leave there without buying some to take home for Jacqui. She was introduced to Montreal smoke meat sandwiches last winter when Simon so graciously treated us all at MikeD's cottage to Pete's Montreal Smoked Meat. (and Latkas too) So last Sunday, I prepared the feast for Jacqui.
This thread was posted to show our gratitude to Simon and to put a smile on his face.

Trailblazer: Thanks for 'spelling it out' for us. I had imagined what had happened but hearing the whole story puts our minds at ease. I hope that the patient is completely healed soon and is able to lead a long life after surgery by 'The Doctor'.
All the best.
