A person I know bought a new leftover 2001 zrt600.

Includes cover, spare belt, 3 spare plugs, one gallon of A/C's latest apv oil, std one year warranty and the dealer is jetting the sled prior to delivery.

$5059 plus tax and registration. I can't remember what these listed for new.

Guess I'm curious what others think, would you do a deal like above, or would you spring a little more cash for a new 2003 model sled of similar performance, I suppose an F7.

A buddy picked up a yellow 2002 MXZ700 last night for $5,200 out the door :D
It didn't have all the extra that cat had, but a nice deal nonetheless.

The grey color was last year, 2002. The 2001's had the black hood with the orange'ish decals.

That is definately a good deal on the ZRT, especially with the accessories and setup. It listed for $7699...I know of a dealer asking $5900 for the same sled and $6299 for '01 ZRT800, no accessories incl. That is a little rocket for $5000 with $$$ leftover for add-ons. Hope YOU enjoy the sled, now that you know it is a good deal. :D :p

Not my deal :D However, my current ride is a 2001 zrt6 I bought new back in that model year. However, I didn't get the deal my neighbor got :p

My brother has a 2001 ZRT600. I think he paid just over $6000 for it in when he bought it new in 2000. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

I just looked at one in a Cat shop last week for 5700 with out the extras. :(
