Hi, I have 2 pantera efi 580 twins that i bought new in 2001 and they only have 90 miles on them.
I just want to know if i have to do any maintenence on them, such as changing the oil.Basically,I know i probably should but since there brand new i just want to know if i can get away with not doing it.

Welcome aboard Kingsmack, I would change the chain case oil every season, thats just my opinion, fluids absorb moisture. I"d even change the brake fluid, but Iam an anal retentve freak :p . Brake fluid loves to absorb moistue. Changing fluids is cheap insurance and it keeps everything like new. Dont forget to grease all zerk fitings on suspension and fuel and oil filter. SWRules

90 miles in 2 seasons - I'd be scared about varnish clogging up the throttle bodies. It's a big problem with carbs (if a jet gets plugged with varnish(old gas) the mixture leans out & causes the engine to burn down). I'm not familiar with EFI, but I'd definitely be concerned about it.
