What do you guys think, should I put the gauges on? I know its a nice thing to have but is it worth the effort and $$$? What ones should I use? 04 800HO rev. Mods: ported, head, bmp pipe. Thanks

The more mods you put on a sled, the closer to the edge in performance you are. I would definitely put EGT's on it, just to make sure you stay in that safe zone! As for which one? It depends on how much money you want to spend.. the digitals are nice, easy to read, but the analogs are cheaper... I have a digitron on my 700 and an analog on the 2002 800.. like 'em both.

I have been looking around and I realy like the Koso gauges. Is there anything you can say about them? good or bad?

Do they make the koso's for a triple?
What do they look like?
Roughly how much?

They only make them for singles and twins.

That's too bad, thats a pretty trick set-up with how they change colour to red as a warning indicator.

The cheapest place I could find was Xtreme sled parts. $269 with fast acting probes. They are good guys to deal with, very helpfull.
