Shocks

What rear shock would you recomend for a 93 couger (rear shock)? I only weigh 125lbs and had to go to an optional lighter spring and the rear hyd. shock seams to be over valved on rebound for this set up. once the rear suspension compresses it takes a long time to rebound.

I like my RideFX. Are you sure the delay in rebound isn't due to the light spring not having the strength to push it up? I only weigh 135 lbs. and I just put the tension block at the low setting with stock springs.The shock is only meant to cushion the rebound.Good luck.

It apears to be from the comb of the shock valving and the lighter spring. Without the shock installed the suspension rebounds without hesitation. Have you ever tried Kympax golds?
