on how to replace the inner axel or shaft in the rear skid. Does it just pull out??

AND what kind of sled you have....... on the cougar? most cases yes the axel slides out AFTER you take the tension of the track off... and there will be about 4 bushings or so that will slide off too that you need to put back into the same spot as well as washers and whatever else may be in there :p
