when i try to upload my skidoo it is to big. max aloud is 25000kb and my pic is 448599kb. how can decrease the pic or can i

It depends on what kind of imaging software you have, but most people have Microsoft Paint. If you do, open the file or picture with mic. paint. Then click on the IMAGE tab toward the top of the page and then click STRETCH/SKEW. The decrease your horizontal and vertical stretch. It opens with 100% stretch, try changing it to 70%. If it is still to big, click IMAGE again and try shrinking it another 80% or so until it fits.
If you don't have paint, let me know.

yes i do have paint but when i go to file to open my pictures my folders are empty?????????????????????? cant seem to find them.

ok thank you i got it to go in my post but the smallest i can get it is 30000kb. cant figure it out
