I recently had my sled serviced by the locale dealer and it ran great the first time out.On my second outing the sled sarted backfireing on short restarts.On my third day i had the same backfireing plus the engine developed an intermitent bogging problem.Im riding a 2001 formula deluxe 700 that ran great all last season only problem i had was electrical all my lights and my tach would flicker on and off.On my fist trip out this year everything was fine (no flicker) but it came back on second trip and everytime after. I did some checking on my own and I found a broken purple wire coming from the coolant temp switch on the back of the head resting on the block i've since repaired the wire but i won't be able to try it or take it back to the dealer any time soon and i'm leaving for a long trip friday I dont want to ruin anyone's time with a lame sled so if anybody can shed some light on this for me i would be very greatfull sorry for the long rant.
