None that I've heard of. The 500 Liberty is a good engine in a proven chassis, break it in good, and it should make you smile for many years to come.

I have a 07 500 xcsp and have had very good luck with it so far. The only thing that I don't like is that it is a little rough running when you first start it when it is cold. I have to flip the choke off and on for a minute or so to keep it going. Once it is warm it is no problem. Even after I let it sit for an hour or so it will fire right up with no choke. It just doesn't like those ice cold starts.
I plan on putting on a 4" bar riser to make it a little better bar position for carving. When I stand up on it the bars are at my waist which makes it hard to thow it around. Overall I think that it is a great sled.

Any non- fuel injected sled would be like that.
The XC 500 is one of the best, most dependable sleds ever made. Excellent on and off the trail.

Go for a riser, but be sure to get a pivot adaptor as well. The bars nedd to come up for sure, but they also need to go as far forward as you can possibly push them. My suggestion would be a pivot adaptor and a 4 or 6 inch riser. You might need a brake line extender for that to work.

Enjoy.
